This condominium is just 10 minutes from the Cancun International Airport and is located at the southern end of the 15-mile-long Cancun Hotel Zone. It has two swimming pools, one shallow for children. The condominium is located at km 18.7 of the Hotel Zone and has one of the best beaches in the strip. When you rent this unit you are renting directly from a group of owners. There are no middlemen here.  Prices include all taxes and ONCE PER WEEK CLEANING (no cleaning on 3 rentals. Condo comes clean and departure cleaning is included in rate). The bus runs past the condo all the time and the bus stop is right out front. Bars, restaurants, shopping centers and nightlife are about 15-20 minutes away by bus. Guests have access to all resort facilities anda large beach with palapas. There is also a restaurant and a pool bar. You also have access to the tennis court and the laundry room. The restaurant and pool bar are managed by the hotel and not by the condominium.

The bedroom, two full-size beds, and a full bath with unobstructed views of Nichupte Lagoon are located half a flight of stairs from the lobby, convenient to the elevator. Another half flight of stairs takes you to the living/dining room, kitchen and a king size bed, with another full bathroom, which has a balcony and views of the Caribbean Sea. Another flight of stairs takes you to the open terrace above the bedroom, also with a view of the lagoon.
